• Evening practices with Gayle using hypnotherapy, yoga nidra, and nervous system calm resets.

• Grounded evenings by the campfire to connect with each other and stargaze into the wide open skies. Views of the Milky Way included!

  • Great Sand Dunes National Park for exploring the biggest sand dunes in the world & opportunity for a creative workshop.

• 3 meals a day that are farm to table, all organic, and local as possible. Including delicious & hydrating mock-tails to keep your body working optimally.

• Horseback riding at local stables with a holistic guide.

• Hiking to one of several alpine Lakes, alongside cold flowing creeks.

• Visit to one of 30 different spiritual centers in Crestone, including the prayer tower known as the Ziggurat & several Tibetan Stupas.

• Visits in town could include gift shops, apothecary, art galleries, organic grocery etc.
